My Office

I am an independent business located at 2956 99th Street, Suite 4 in Urbandale IA.  I know that when your body isn't in top shape that your entire outlook on life can be affected.  Massage works to improve your muscles, nervous system and spinal alignment.

  • Each one hour or longer massage includes Head, Face , Neck and Feet If you prefer not to have any of these areas massaged, please let me know in advance.
  • Abdominal areas are not worked on unless you have a specific problem in that area.
  • A bottle of water with each massage.
  • Heated Massage Table
